What’s life when you set boundaries to it? What’s life when you plan every little aspect of it, and leave absolutely no room for the slightest bit of surprise, or moment of serendipity? It’s not supposed to be like that.
I’ve planned out most of my life, and I have literally 100 notebooks full of what-where to do’s and how-who to be around in order to get to where I want. What do I want? I want to be happy. It’s not a hard thing to accomplish if you put yourself in the right atmosphere for it.
I want to be utterly satisfied with life to that moment where my whole body becomes covered in goose-bumps! Why’s that so hard? Why do we complicate every little thing and make a big deal out of it?! LET IT GO. I learned that from Dr. Hanaa Shams, who’s taught me so much in only the 3 days that I’ve seen her in Jeddah.
I have a serious phobia from the ocean. & everything I did to myself from setting boundaries and living in this small box, not accepting anything from the outside is the only reason for that. The ocean is a big place, full of surprises. It’s a completely different world that I never chose to explore, because I never even explored my own world.
Enough of that! Enough hanging-on to things from the past. Enough notes and books about how to live my life! So, as Bon Jovi so expressively once sang: Its my life, it’s now or never! ~
