Carpe Diem

It felt right, and I want to be right for the rest of my life.

I wanted to be right for the rest of my life.

What scared me the most is that you could either be the happiest or saddest thing to happen to me, and that’s all in your hands.

I wouldn’t allow myself to lose my ground, my certainty, and blindly trust a happy moment or expect it to grow with me and my expectations – ones I never had before you happened.

I’ll have to wait. I’ll have to wait, and keep pretending that the coldness that’s observed in me is through-and-through, and that “Carpe Diem” is all about seizing you.
